Dr. Sarah Scattolon is an Academic Obstetrician and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at McMaster University. Dr. Scattolon completed her Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Toronto, and her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at McMaster University. She has also completed a two-year Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery at McMaster University.
Dr. Scattolon’s practice focuses on complex Gynecologic Surgery, Endometriosis Care, Fibroids, and Low-Risk Obstetrics. She plays an active role in teaching trainees of all levels and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Health Research Methodology with a focus on Health Services. Dr. Scattolon’s research interests include optimization of medical and surgical treatments of endometriosis, as well as knowledge translation and adherence to clinical practice guidelines.
